POS Cashier
The main sales screen. Select items, choose the payment method (cash, card, cheque, meal voucher or split payment), apply the fiscal stamp, charge the customer and automatically generate the receipt. The cash drawer opens on its own for cash payments.
Floor Plan
Real-time view of all restaurant tables with a colour code: free, occupied, waiting, to clean or reserved. Staff know the dining room status at a glance.
Kitchen — KDS
A dedicated kitchen screen. As soon as a waiter sends an order, it appears instantly with a timer. The kitchen team tracks each dish through to plating. The screen replaces the paper ticket — a kitchen slip with a call number can still be printed for counter sales.
Dashboard
Management dashboard. Daily revenue, number of sales, best-selling products and sales trends as charts — all in real time.
Products
Complete catalogue synchronized from the cloud. Each product displays its price, VAT, barcode and available stock in real time. Barcode scanner support included.
Stock
Automatic stock level tracking. With each sale, stock is updated instantly. The system alerts when an item is out of stock or at a critical quantity.
Recipes
Define the composition of your dishes. When a dish is sold, the corresponding ingredients are automatically deducted from raw material stock.
Customers
Registered customer database. Attach a customer to each sale, track their purchase history and set up personalised loyalty programmes.
History
Complete log of all transactions. View, filter by date or payment method, and reprint any past receipt with all its details.
Waiter Interface
Simplified mobile app for dining room waiters. From their phone, they view tables, take orders and send them to the kitchen — without going through the cashier.
Settings
Complete system configuration: store information, receipt format, user management with their roles (manager, cashier, kitchen, waiter), printer and cash drawer.
Reservations
Built into the floor plan (dedicated tab): manage table bookings — customer name, date and time, number of covers, table number — with real-time statuses (confirmed, pending, cancelled).
Z-Report
Complete end-of-day report: turnover, number of tickets, VAT collected, breakdown by payment method, cash register control and top products — printable on an 80mm thermal ticket.
